Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may depend on courier and product condition.

Refunds for eligible cancelled or returned orders are processed after verification. Live plants, opened seed packets, perishable or used garden supplies may have limited return eligibility.
